Annual Capital Contribution
The Annual Capital Contribution Fund is an opportunity for the family of SMT to bridge the gap between tuition and the actual cost of the school programs. We know that tuition is a considerable expense for many families. However, in these early school years, tuition covers only about 65 percent of the actual cost per student. As a result, each family is required, upon acceptance to SMT elementary school, to make a pledge to the Capital Contribution Fund that will allow for the funding of many programs offered by the school, inlcuding the use of aides or assistants to the teachers.
Each family has an obligation to make a commitment to this fund and make a payment to satisfy this pledge over a specified time period.
Financial aid provides opportunities for families to enable one or more students to afford an SMT education. Financial aid can be given in any amount and the donors can help to set the guidelines for the type of student recipient.
