Annual Family Retreat
Call in Time for Retreat was WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 3RD!
You can visit the El Capitan Canyon web site to find a cabin map and
descriptions of cabins to assist in making reservations and requesting an area
or cabin. We have 100% of the campground this year!
For those of you new to the process, you will call the El Capitan reservations line at (866) 352-2729 on the date we give you. They will have a list of all families that have paid their deposit. You are allowed to reserve for your family only. No booking for friends and no calling early. We will clear all reservations made prior to the date of our designated call in time.
We have 10 cabins left as of February 3rd, 2010. If you have not reserved a space, do it now by contacting Sandi Nutt or Linda Ramsbottom immediately to pay your deposit. Below is a list of the Families that have paid their deposits, and may call in for reservations:
Please let us know ASAP if your name is not on the list and you think you have paid the deposit.
