Photos and ads may be submitted either by e-mail to Luana Kardassakis at LuanaKard@aol.com on a CD, a flash drive, or original artwork that can be scanned.

Please include a completed BALL BOOK FORM with your order.

All original photos will be returned after they are scanned. Please make check payable to St. Martin of Tours School.
