St. Martin of Tours Fall Festival

Please mark your calendars for our Annual family carnival the first weekend of November. This is a favorite of the kids of all ages and sizes---games, rides, prizes, raffles, cake walk, great food, fun shopping . . . and more!

All updates, news and information for the Festival will be found on these webpages up to and including November 6th. Below is the calendar of activities and events relevant to the Festival.

We Need You to Help Out, Pitch In and Get Involved!

Whether you work in the home or in the office, have one or five kids, are creative, organized, tech savvy, or a baker or chef, or none of the above, there is a place for you. SMT can't be all it is without our help.

Sponsorship Campaign

Our Sponsorship campaign for the Fall Festival has begun so please start to participate as soon as you can!  ALL the proceeds go DIRECTLY to the school so we may continue to enhance the high quality of education for our children.

The form detailing the rides, games, activities and other goods/services in need of sponsorship is attached, so please review BOTH sides and select the item(s) you wish to sponsor.  The SMT website will also track which spots are still available as time progresses. Requests will be filled in the order received so if you want to sponsor a specific item, send in your form right away!!  You may sponsor as an individual, a family or a community organization. Please write your name as you want it be displayed on the booths and list your second and third choice in case your first choice is already taken.

Your sponsorship is greatly appreciated and this is the year where we will need your support most.  All amounts are welcome, tax deductible and payable by cash, check, credit card or Paypal.

Sponsorship is also cookie worthy!  In appreciation for your donation, your child will receive a cookie every Friday until the Festival begins.
