Fall Festival 2009 Raffle

Please join us as the raffle committee will be wrapping items all day on Thursday and Friday--November 12 & 13, 2009, and could use extra help. 

Also, we need help with Raffle set up Friday night and Saturday morning prior to the Carnival.  Finally, a reminder that raffle items and raffle tuition tickets can be dropped off in the office anytime this week

We are still looking for donations of raffle items that you or your child would like to win! Please consider your connections to providing us with such items
or let us do your shopping for you by making a Cash Donation and/or buying and donating Scrip!

There are great odds to win a huge prize – what a great way to support the school!

$100 Raffle ticket will provide you with the opportunity to receive free tuition for one child next year (only available to current SMT families).  We are pre selling this raffle ticket and the winning ticket will be drawn at the carnival.  (Winner need not be present)  Raffle tickets were sent home via backpack last week or can be picked up in the office.  If you misplaced your tickets and don’t have time to stop by the office, send check for $100 x number of tickets in a envelope clearly marked with ticket owners name & grade (or include it on the memo line of the check)  and raffle chairs will fill out this information on a ticket for you.
