RE: Raffle Donations for St. Martin of Tours 2011 Fall Festival

Our Fall Festival & Carnival is quickly approaching!  The Festival will once again include a raffle where excitement builds around the bidding and raffling of fun items donated by our school's families and the communities in which they reside.  Please help us make this year's raffle a success by adding yourself to the list of donators who help us raise funds to provide all the extras that make St. Martin's school so wonderful.

St. Martin of Tours Fall Festival is the schools second largest fundraiser for the year.  It is held annually at St. Martin of Tours School in Brentwood, CA. St. Martin of Tours is a parish and elementary school that provides outstanding education for children in Kindergarten through Eighth Grade. Our families come from a variety of cultural, economic, and social backgrounds throughout Los Angeles and the Westside. The Fall Festival raises the needed proceeds that enable SMT to provide education and additional afterschool enrichment programs for our children.
           

The Fall Festival will be held on Saturday November 5, 2011. A list of the SMT Raffle donations will be distributed to the St Martin families prior to the event and will provide everyone the opportunity to see who is assisting the school through their generous donations and get excited about the items that have been collected. Your donation can be large or small; anything you can give will aid our good cause! Additionally, your business card or brochure will be displayed during the event.
           
All charitable donations are 100% tax deductible and a written acknowledgement will be provided for you. St. Martin of Tours is a California non-profit entity, exempt from Federal Income Tax as an organization described in Section 501 (c) (e) of the Internal Revenue Code. We would be honored to have your participation in the Fall Festival Raffle and your support of St. Martin of Tours.  Attached is a donation form.  Should you need our assistance in picking up an item, please don't hesitate to contact me directly at (323)590-7836.
