SMT Fathers Club - Hoop-A-Thon

That's right you...to play in the annual parent-varsity Hoop-A-Thon Basketball game next Thursday, May 24th, at 11:30 AM on the SMT Sports Court!

This annual fundraiser is fun for all. We need Mom's and Dad's to play against the Varsity Boys & Girls Basketball Teams.

We ask that if you can play that you make a donation of $100 to the SMT Father's Club. All money donated goes to the schools Teacher Wish List, and the much in-demand After School Sports programs.

Please return the form to school as soon as possible and include your name and player donation fee (or if you would like to sponsor a coach or teacher to play on your behalf or as a general donation). DOWNLOAD FORM or fill out DONATION FORM ONLINE.
