Faculty Appreciation
Our teachers are responisible for the education and enrichment of our children. They do so much to shape and encourage our children to become all that they can be, and yet are not compensated nearly enough for helping them become the future for our family and country. They give not only during school hours, but many are involved, with extra compensation, in afterschool sports, or other activities that further our childrens development.
As a token of our appreciation, the Mothers offer a few scrumptious treats for the teachers by providing a Breakfast, Lunch and Birthday celebration each month. Each meal or treat must include enough food for 20 people. Lunches and breakfast should also include plates, cups, napkins, forks and spoons. Decorations for a theme, or birthday celebration are always appreciated by the faculty.
Lunches
Lunches are made on the first Thursday of each month, which corresponds with the monthly faculty meeting on short days. This year Lunch will be made by each Grade with a corresponding theme set by our Chairperson, Paula Malcolm. Each class will be notified by their Room Mother of the theme and arrangements made for setting up the lunch.

Birthdays
Birthdays are celebrated for the Facutly/Staff for each month or the coming months (if they fall during the Summer months.) Please deliver a Birthday Cake(s) to the Faculty Lounge by 12:00 noon on your designated date. Cake should serve 30 persons a half sheet or 2 home baked cakes 9x12. Thank you. Breakfasts
Breakfast should include egg dish serving 30 (2 large pyrex casserole dishes), pastries or bagels or bread, fruit, juice and coffee, plates, cups, cutlery, napkins. Menus are flexible and open to creativity.
