To show our appreciation for our SMT faculty, each month, 3 different grades are each responsible for arranging one of the following:


A Birthday Cake

 On the first Tuesday of each month we provide one shared birthday cake for all of the faculty members celebrating their birthdays that month.  You don’t need to put any specific names on the cake, a simple “Happy Birthday” will do.  One person brings the cake in the morning and drops it off.


Faculty Lunch

On the first Thursday of every month, when we have early dismissal, we provide a lunch for the faculty.  In addition to volunteers for food, drinks and paper goods, you will need people to come help set it up just before pick-up.


Faculty Breakfast

On the second Wednesday of every month, we provide breakfast for the faculty.  All volunteers bringing food should do so before drop off.  You will also need people to come help set it up.


Each class will be responsible for all three of these events in different months.  I tried to spread out the schedule and did not assign any grade in the same month you have to bring baked goods for hot lunch.  You should provide cake/food for approximately 30 people
