Dear Parents, Students, Faculty, & Staff of St. Martin’s School:

Beth’s Kitchen is pleased to announce the creation of Campus Kitchen. A food service company dedicated to student lunch programs and the catering needs of schools. With a new name, new look, and new ordering system, we look forward to serving you in the next school year.

Here’s some information for new families and a reminder for those who have ordered before.

The menus are divided into 2 ordering cycles, September-January and February-June. The two ordering cycles allow for seasonal adjustments to the menu. All food is prepared with the freshest ingredients. We use minimal canned or frozen vegetables or fruits. We avoid using products that contain nuts, nut oils, or lard. If an item can be baked and not fried, we bake it, reducing fat. Vegetarian meals are available each day and vegan meals several times per week. We have also added the option to order organic and wheat free meals as well as drinks only, depending on your schools program.

One of our exciting and ambitious goals at the Kitchen is to become more "Green". In doing so we are changing packaging and serve ware. These products are new to the food industry and cost more than traditional paper and plastic. We hope that you will agree the increased per meal cost is worth the ecology and meal enhancement you will see next year.

The cost per meal for the 2007-2008 school year is $6.15 for regular and $7.15 for large. Organic or Wheat Free meals will be an additional $1.00 more. All entrees include vegetables or salad, fruit, and a drink.

Ordering is completed through our website at CAMPUSKITCHEN.NET. Families have the option of ordering as many meals as they would like, from one meal to all meals in the ordering cycle, but please remember orders and menu changes must be completed by Wednesday the week prior to service and cancellations must be received 48 hours in advance to be processed. To assist you in placing an order, making changes to an existing order, or to cancel meals ordered, instructions are available using the help button on the website. As a protection to your credit information, please note, our website does not store credit card numbers and you will need to input your numbers each time you place an order. Once you’ve placed your order online you will receive an email confirmation of the order you placed. If you do not receive an email confirmation, your order may not have been completed, please contact the kitchen to verify receipt of your order if you do not receive a confirmation.

The website and order forms will be available for the 2007-2008 school year between August 6th – August 10th, 2007, depending on when we receive your school calendar. If your family does not have internet access or wishes to receive a paper order form, please select "Contact Us" at CampusKitchen.net or call 323-525-3016 to receive the form by fax or mail.
